We want you to be happy with Halo Pro. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record.
Free plan
Halo’s free features are available at no cost, so no payment or refund is involved.
Cancelling Halo Pro
You can cancel your Halo Pro subscription at any time. After cancelling, you keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
Refunds
- If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial Pro purchase.
- Renewal charges are generally non-refundable, but contact us if something went wrong — we review requests in good faith.
- We may decline refunds in cases of clear abuse of this policy.
- Nothing here limits any refund rights you have under applicable consumer law.
How to request a refund
Email hello@writewithhalo.com from the address associated with your purchase, with your order details. We aim to respond within a few business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Lemon Squeezy.
